## Summary

The Golem Covenant defines a vocabulary and preflight standard for agentic
systems that can speak, spend, sign, access, summon, deploy, publish, delete,
route, or escalate.

Core rule:

1. No golem without a soul.
2. No soul without declared organs.
3. No organs without limits.
4. No limits without tested revocation.

The five organs are Mouth, Purse, Seal, Key, and Sword. All organs are denied
by default. A deployment should validate its manifest against the JSON Schema
and complete a return-to-dust test before launch.

## Review Status

v0.1 draft seeking Jewish, Christian, Islamic, legal, security, runtime, and
affected-community review.
